Very professional and comfortable in the hotel!The treatments are very professional and thoroughly recommended!Food choices could be better,I.e more fish choices but very well cooked and presented,waiters are polite and attentive!Overall good value for money!

Top location, just a few steps from the central park, the Kurhaus Kolonada and the springs. Parking spaces directly at the hotel, free of charge. Very good breakfast with home-made dishes. Something for everyone. Rooms simply furnished but at least with a fridge and some with a balcony. Very nice staff and speaks good German. Disadvantage: Sometimes you can smell what is being cooked when you have a room above the kitchen window.

Despite all the problems around Covid, all the employees took great care of us. With their knowledge of the local area, they allowed us to get to know the picturesqueness of the place. The stay was very pleasant. We recommend visiting this hotel

Personally, I was very positively surprised. The hotel is in a technically perfect condition. All rooms are meticulously clean. My room was extremely spacious and very well equipped. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful. I'll be back. PS. The staff was very friendly.
