I must say that this museum, compared to the Pardubice Museum, has a longer tour and also certainly more interesting information specifically about witchcraft. And the guides are more than kind. So I highly recommend this museum.

The museum building is a bit tucked away among the gardeners' house. But it is definitely worth a visit. After the tour, definitely do not miss a walk around the river Úpa to the natural swimming pool in Úpa, formerly called the River and Sun Spa in Úpa. The swimming pool is improved every year, so you can combine swimming in a clean Úpa with a pleasant snack in a local pub. However, you can continue the walk for about 20 minutes further along the river Úpa in the environment of flat meadows until you reach the lock. A wonderful walk full of peace and quiet.

Enthusiastic deed. The history of magical families, nicely told.

Diversify the family trip. Right at the end of Jaroměř, close to the cyclo-trail to Kuks.
