They promise to be experts and where nothing here. Like everyone, they'll send it to you in a box without anyone trying and assembling it, and you're still waiting for it. The only thing I can recommend to all people is that they have to buy it in a stone shop with a guarantee and tried, then people are not surprised that no one will fix it anywhere, because I have experienced it and every seller will tell you that you have it at did not buy it and that it will not fix it even under warranty. Don't buy these things over the internet.

“A company that promises experts, builds and demonstrations, and so far sends you in a box untested and unassembled. When I called, an expert told me they were not doing the service and I had to get someone at my place to fix it if he took it. This is what they write on the web: We are not just an e-shop that merely forwards goods. We are experts in garden technology. We provide customer service. People watch out, it is best to buy a product assembled and tested and not just a garage prod ”

I have to respond to a previous review and admit that this is true. They are all experts and sent the saw in a box uncontrolled and unproven. When starting the engine does not go to speed and I wish to get a repairman that they send goods only in a box, without any testing. I am totally disappointed and therefore I write an evaluation. If all the experts work like this, then we have something to look forward to. Thank you
