Muzeum krajky Vamberk

A surprisingly interesting lace museum. Social history, art, fashion. At the moment there's a really interesting exhibition about a Czech pilot from Vamberk who flew with the RAF in WWII. including some lovely models... Unfortunately, the lighting of the items on display is dire 😣. Despite this - recommend!

A highly recommend visiting the museum. You can learn how to manually stroke wonderful lace. They also have a short movie giving you a short history of lace.

The first welcome is great, the saleswoman in the shops is also a museum security guard. Very good lady. The tour quickly and upstairs children were captivated by the interactive whiteboard. But in the end, he made his own lace on a machine. The children are begging, Dad and Mom are spinning .... And after 5 minutes there is a piece in the world .... We will still buy the original painted T-shirts for an affordable price .... And let's go ....
