Wine shop very well organized and presented. But ... When I wanted to pour the wine with me, I was told that they only had twisted into 2l PET that were in the fridge. This is probably not the right way to offer and sell wine in a wine shop. After asking if I could only give me 1 liter, you can't. Only up to 2L PET. Okay, I'm not evaluating, he's entitled to it. But in our country in Moravia, there is no problem for you in the wine shop to shoot 2L just + - half a bottle. You pay her anyway. Nowhere is this a problem. Okay. I take. I was told to bring my bottle. But when I expressed dissatisfaction that it was not otherwise, the answer was absolute arrogance and ignorance of the operator. I paid what I bought, thanked, but there was no "please" nor any good bye. Total disinterest. So in summary. Environment super. Offer super, prices cool. Service zero, behavior zero, arrogance for ten. As I then asked the Rychnovs, this approach of the owner in Rychnov is already legendary. You buy there. But you'll never go there again. I'd rather go somewhere else and earn someone else, more helpful, who would at least greet me. I would like to evaluate for the full number, but after today and thanks to the opinions of Rychnovs, I do not recommend. Unfortunately.

Excellent coffee and wine selection - not to mention the professional service

Pretty wine shop, wide assortment of wines in different price ranges. They also sell the excellent Frolík coffee from Borohrádek. I recommend you have a good coffee on site and sit in a pleasant environment, you will not regret it and I am convinced it will not be your last visit here :-)
