I called the store, I asked the lady if they had in stock the "goods" I was looking for, the lady told me yes, when I wanted to ask the detail if it was the exact goods I shanim and I spoke to the lady she jumped in and said "I'm sorry I have a lot of work to do" and she banged the phone, I called 5 times again and without an answer .. I consider this action unprofessional and rude to customers.
