The terrible behavior of the lady who is behind the cash register. If you want to return something even if her stupidity gave something else, so lady is willing as a thorn in the back. So I'm going to the competition.

Professional approach. Willingness of workers. Unfortunately, they do not have an inflatable warehouse, so sometimes something is not in stock. Commonly purchased items are well-stocked, non-stocking rather concerns specific items or large quantities of material collected.
