My wife got a new phone and so we stopped at the store on December 28, 2020. We needed to replace the existing SIM with a nano SIM. The young lady at the store very willingly played everything from the original SIM to the new SIM card, which she also gave us in the new phone and set everything to our full satisfaction. She was very kind and helpful. This is how I imagine the approach to the customer and I will be happy to return to this store if necessary.

Employees calm and willing for me 1. The only thing bothering me a little, it's hard to call there. You have to get there, then 100%.

13.8. we visited the store - a complete disaster. without my knowledge, the seller himself changed the tariff of his own accord, I only found out about it from an email later sent to the store again, explaining it to me that I did not use 5 Gb anyway by changing it to 1.5 Gb. He threw me out of the store several times during a verbal fight. Somehow he forgot that I am a customer, I determine the tariff and he has nothing after whether I use it or not. I have never encountered such vulgar behavior from the seller.

I went to the store for information about blocking the number and instead, without my knowledge, they changed the tariff that I did not want. I am very dissatisfied with the negotiations.
