I would not be fooled by helpful behavior. This is a matter of course after training for this company. It must be evaluated as a whole. Unfortunately, in my case, it is a feeling of robbery after raising rates. What I've talked about about it among acquaintances, I'm not the only one at this insurance company. By no means do I accept the reaction of the headquarters that we are unlucky.

We insured a new car here (compulsory + emergency), with the offer being slightly more advantageous than the competition. After the first year, the insurance was almost doubled without prior notice. We consider this to be an unfair practice.
