Well, it was an experience. Vehicle registration, arriving at 8:30 am, at 2:00 pm, I gave up because there wasn't one person moving in an hour and a half, and there were ten of them in front of me (probably an offer? They managed about 17 people since morning. I tried it around four o'clock, but my number has expired .. and I was put out of line ... losing the day, but who cares that. I award the Most Incapable Office award.
