I was the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. I was invited to a pre-ordered date at the exact agreed time (!) And everything was handled very quickly. The papers were brought to me by a technician himself, and I didn't even have to go to the office. The only downside is waiting outside before they do everything. But the current situation is to blame, not them. Still, it's not pleasant.

Strong warning, you are not a customer there, no one treats you like that. There you must munch your cap like a humble petitioner. There are no elementary rules. Yuck.

Check-in exactly at the ordered time, staff communicative. I recommend not driving without an order. Too bad you can't pay cashless.
