Never more! We waited 45 minutes for 2 garlics! When the queen came to the table once every 45 minutes, if we didn't want something to drink, we reminded us that we had come to eat and that we hadn't even received soup yet. Within 10 minutes, the broth was supplemented with grated garlic. When the soup was delivered, they announced that the food was long overdue, if we wanted to bring it right away. We said yes, otherwise we wouldn't even get it - at the table that came after us, they got mainly food like us before we asked for it, but it didn't matter much when it happened in the kitchen to someone for how long. Mainly the food was cuttings, beef mixture and chicken mixture - no culinary experiences, the potatoes were old, the beef mixture was a hastily beaten vegetable to leco-uncooked, the blue cheese mixture did not meet the blue cheese. The highlight was when the casnicka came if we wanted another beer and asked us for a glass up to 1/3 full that she would put it there for us. So we had to finish what we had in front of her and then she brought us beer in new glasses anyway. And finally, while we were still eating, she started taking things off the table, and she didn't even ask if we wanted to order more drinks and she immediately took an empty pint. Probably they have few of them ..... Este, while we ate she took away the sideboard and the napkins, fortunately we had our handkerchiefs. And when we finished the kind of beer saved, because no one else offered us, we still had to help the emperor clean the table, when she was bothering us, to give her a menu and piles of other offers on the table. She just started cleaning the table, and we haven't finished yet. The worst service we have ever experienced is waiting a long time for food and it is not worth the price. If you are desperate and have nowhere to go .... no or not, I prefer Lidl, or a kebab cash .... When you are waiting for a certain level for a town like Hořice, avoid the arch. The only thing that stands here is a nice terrace.

Not again. We went to this restaurant because we were very satisfied in the past (about 5 years ago). But today was the peak. When we came in, the waitress came after 15 seconds, we almost didn't have time to sit down and she was already asking what we could have. We would still understand that, but after a while she came again, but we already knew what we wanted. We ordered and waited. She brought us a drink. We finished it. And then they waited. They were waiting. And they waited. Meanwhile, a completely different waitress came and asked if we were missing something. Food is missing !!! She said she would check it out and we ordered another beer. The young lady had previously taken away a bottle to bring another one. Meanwhile, our (probably) main waitress confiscated the glasses, which they then had to bring us again. Even the people who came after us received food earlier than we did. And we had toast with meat mixture, potato pancakes with blue cheese and a hamburger with potato pancakes. We waited over 40 minutes !!! I really don't know what they've been doing for so long. When the food was finally brought to us, it was almost cold, as if it had been in the kitchen as long as we had been waiting for it. The meat of the burger was larger than the hamburger bun. Which was bought, baked and burned. The sauce was there as if spitting and the salad was there, it could be another run! As we walked past the bar to the toilet, our staff probably had a party there. The songs were in full swing there and there were also snacks in the form of watermelon. The waitresses didn't have split tables, they had a mess. When we got the receipt, we found out that we also counted the fries for the burger, when we wanted potato pancakes instead of them, which were counted separately. At the same time, they had written on the menu that it was a "burger with fries, if we have them without them, it should affect the price. Just a shock. Avoid the arch.

Great, nice and pleasant service. Great food and large portions.
