At this place stood the spa Miletín, until 1910 widely visited spa, where there was an inn and a chapel. Water and its composition was what people were looking for. The stone bridge connects the spring with the chapel and the former inn.

If you visit Miletín, it should not only be because of the famous Erben's gingerbreads, which are sold in the square, but also because of the somewhat forgotten Miletín Spa, also called Svatojánský. The spa was founded in the 18th century by the owner of the Miletín estate, Maria Anna of Magni, who had a chapel built in 1750 not far from the spa. Jan Nepomucký.
