Try to imagine the situation - you will meet a garden, and an angular gear will spill on the brushcutter. You get a good deal, and when you cool, you call where you bought it, have a new part. "So the service technician has a vacation, call next week, then we'll order it for you." Curse through the vendor in question, and keep looking. EVERYWHERE you go, there is no stock transfer, only to order. In the madness bout, you will also call the manufacturers - but it only sells to dealers ... You keep trying until you find VAJA. They don't have him in the store there, "... but wait, I have the brush cutter in the shop ... so I'll take it off and order a new set. Come for it." After this experience I should have one message for Jičínsko garden equipment for the company - a customer is not just a walking moneybox, it is also worth service, and can appreciate the willingness. VAJA has a new and satisfied customer since Friday. When I need anything in the garden, I know where to go. Thank you very much this way.
