I really came up with a printer, which according to the pages they take. The lady doesn't get up from her chair from the back of the room and walked to the counter, and without knowing what was wrong with the printer (I didn't have enough to say it), she said I could throw it away and buy a new one. I wanted to at least describe the defect and get advice, but she wouldn't let me talk and kept saying I had to fire it. They fixed it for me elsewhere and I won't come here.

I would not like to underestimate anyone, but it was quite a fight to repair a laptop. I had a broken hinge on the laptop that he needed to fix. For the part (hinge) I waited less than 4 months to come from China, which I respect to some extent, but the lady was not even able to tell me when the parts at least come. Waiting long and realization then see photo. Drilling through the notebook and fixing it with the mother (God knows if there is any hinge). Next, I had a pinched cable to the monitor, so I had it repaired here too, and the repair is also not quite successful, because I have to manipulate the laptop enough to go the image as it should. Ms. also forgot to then plug in the battery in the laptop, so another problem. The lady did not even screw back the original screws for which I had to stop, and lost one completely. I give 2 stars for the effort and at a lower cost of repair (but it didn't pay off).

I do not recommend the webshop "Id-Tech, s.r.o.": On 1.1.2018 I ordered the offered goods "Kingston 32GB DataTraveler R30 G2", which stated "Availability: In stock". The webshop sent an "Order Confirmation", confirmed the creation of the account and stated on the portal that the order is being processed. The store then canceled my customer account without notice, deleted the offer of goods in the webshop, did not reply to my emails from 4.1.2018 + 9.1.2018 and did not send anything. I then got the exact same type of discontinued goods in the Digiboss webshop without any problems.
