A wide range of refrigeration and tapping equipment. Complete service.
Last year we bought Lindr tap equipment (another company's e-shop). A month ago, a defect appeared, when beer did not flow into the bar after hitting the keg. After trying all the options, we finally sent the bar to the company's service. The approach with which the service was performed and which I received as a customer was absolutely perfect. Not only does the company provide warranty service for all its products, regardless of whether you purchase them directly in its e-shop or from another retailer (which is not its legal obligation), it was also performed to detect defects and inspect the equipment free of charge. Although the defect was not detected, I was willing to be consulted by phone about possible causes (as the most probable technician saw a fault in the bumper) and the tap equipment was subsequently sent to my home free of charge and with a set of spare parts for the bumper.
So if anyone is hesitant to buy a product from this company, I can definitely recommend it.
I bought the tapping equipment directly from the company 2 years ago. The approach of employees is very helpful. The device serves satisfaction. I recommend.
