Hello, I often communicate with various authorities and I would like to thank the officials from the Hradec Králové Regional Office. They are extremely helpful, polite, kind and always willing and able to advise. They have not lost their humanity. There is a huge difference between the behavior of officials from Hradec Králové and officials from, for example, Prague. Thank you.
