Arrogant attitude of the staff, reluctant. The goods were delivered defective, complaints are repeatedly avoided. This is the first time I have shopped here after resolving a complaint. Better more expensive competition.

After I didn't pick up the order, because I got a cheaper phone with CZ distribution, my master put the phone in the middle of the sentence ... a terrible approach. I'm glad I bought elsewhere, I don't want to know how "nice" they would be when making a complaint. Thank you for the experience, when I think about where to buy, I will avoid you by arc. 👌
