Acting terrible. His son didn't even greet him and he was already kicked out of the store when he said he needed to ask something, he was told they didn't give advice there. With such an approach, I am surprised that they still work.

They will advise well, order, explain. Mainly, I can order it here in person, and the prices are de facto the same as in the mainline eshop "after discount";)
