Great dealings during the purchase. Decent fast and proactive. I grill often and gladly. My marble stone cracked, so I started browsing the Grilmen website and looking for a suitable stone. Within 5 minutes, Mr. Koza from Grilmen contacted me by chat. He answered my questions in a well-founded manner and advised me on the most suitable variant of lava stone for my grill size. I personally picked up the stone at the Grilmen headquarters, where I could talk and hear other barbecue experiences. I really appreciate decency and helpfulness in dealing. In addition, I received small gifts on the spot. I'm excited about my new lava rock. It warms up quickly and then keeps warm for a long time. Now I enjoy barbecues even more.

I do not have an overview of the grill, I decided to buy this brand based on a good reference from a friend. I am absolutely satisfied both with the quality of the product (it seems that it is actually made in the Czech Republic) and with the overall approach of the owner, who helped me with the right choice.
