I have never had a worse experience with transport! From 09.12. the shipment is with them, until today 22.12. were unable to deliver! And I've been calling and writing for 3 days now and nothing. The communication is also terrible, they promise to call and no one will call!

They are not able to convert a dish with a diameter of 200 CM !! Terrible communication.

I have never seen the most capable carrier, the pallet shipped on Tuesday will arrive from Germany to the depot on Thursday afternoon. Today is Wednesday (Monday was holiday-ok) and the pallet is still nowhere, even yesterday I was assured that the shipment will be delivered to me no later than 12am. After the experience, when they took me to Louny (I am from Hradec Kralove) and I had to arrive for it at my own expense, because the claim was not recognized ... and in another case, without my knowledge, sent the consignment to the neighboring shop and I found out only when I was looking for the shipment and went to the store to ask myself, I quit with this company and urge each sender not to send me shipments through this company.
