When you discover the beauties of the Jizera Mountains somewhere nearby, then go for a beer and good food in the Josefův Důl restaurant and bowling alley. You will be served by a helpful and pleasant waitress, who is also a "menu" (you were excellent, thank you! :-). You will not have to wait long for a beer and you will find yourself perfectly for reasonable money. Although we tried other restaurants in the area during our week-long vacation, boasting a number of stars, none of them could compete with this one. Goulash, duck, fryer and french fries with homemade tartar sauce, potato soup, hamburger, beer and homemade lemonade - everyone can choose and will not regret it.

I must say that I was very surprised. Beer great and the food also excellent, and the prices very favorable. In Josefov mine, most of the places were closed (probably the corona) and when it was opened, the food was more expensive and nothing extra ... Finding this business was a win. I must also praise the staff, who were very pleasant and helpful, still with a smile on their face. Bringing water to dogs on these hot days without asking the customer, they won my heart.

Great service, choice of several dishes and for a few crowns. We could hardly find another open restaurant / pub nearby. I'm glad we came across this place. If we return to Josefova dol once, we will definitely visit this place again.

We come here with children, they have excellent non-alcoholic Bombardino. 😉
