Realtors generally do not like, I think that what they are able to do for the client, I can do too ... However, there was another situation. The behavior and conduct of Mr. Laštůvka's real estate agent was casual, friendly and the speed of processing my requests was very high. They also showed great professionalism with my colleague Novák, when I needed to make an agreement with the seller, say, non-standard steps, which were necessary, however, so that I could move to a new one in peace. Well prepared sales contracts, prompt response to comments on them, led to the signing of the purchase contract within ten days of the first inspection of the property. What to add, a little we changed our mind about "some" realtors.

With REAL BLUE we have been partners in real estate sales for some years. They always helped us with the sale very willingly and professionally. Basically, we did not have to worry about anything, from preparing the property for sale to all the administration and transfer tasks (and that there are not enough ...), we arranged for us. It has never been a problem and I know we will turn to the REAL BLUE team in the future.
