I will evaluate the company for service and sales. The gentleman in the service was very helpful and satisfied us with adjusting the chainsaw, even though he had a lot of other work (5 minutes and it was done). Many thanks to him. At the store, an arrogant approach to the customer, if that's not exactly a sale for thousands.

We will never use the service again, we put a fallen chain on the tractor and for a lot of money they just put the chain on us (so it fell again after the first mowing) instead of replacing the tensioner, which was obviously destroyed. So we ordered a turnbuckle and replaced it ourselves. When I told the gentleman at the store, he didn't say a word to me ... I don't imagine a service like this for CZK 2,000 and not the (non) communication at all.
