The beautiful church built in the years 1717-1718 stands above Polevsko and from its wall there is a beautiful view of the region, for example to the top of Klíč and other hills. It was destroyed in 1939 after a lightning strike, but was restored almost immediately. The church is surrounded by a cemetery with many beautiful tombstones and statues, and next to it is the neo-Gothic tomb of Handschke from 1898.
