Dinners at the restaurant were good and the person who worked there was very helpful. As the receptionist didn’t speak English she asked the waiter to translate and he was the one who helped us solve our issues
The receptionist (at least one of them) does not speak English, that is ridiculous for a 4* hotel. In general receptionists were not present there most of the time and we had to call them to get help. Our double room didn’t have any windows, only balcony door (there are mostly pictures of another room in the description so we didn’t expect that. The room is gloomy and stuffy and you have to pay additional fee to use the air conditioner (that is very ancient).
Breakfast are modest though they offer Prosecco. Coffee is poor. We left one day before we initially planned.
stayed in the hotel for weekend welness relax - very clean place, good wellness and high quality dinner and breakfast. surrounded by forests offering nice walks along the lake. recomended for weekend getaway
