The church was built in 1927 according to a project by the Czech architect Richard Brosch for the Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession. You will find it on the western edge of the Czech Town Park, at Roháče z Dubé, against the old Jewish cemetery and the Střelnice area. Near the church there is a 1882 building. You can find it on the western edge of the local park, near the road of "Roháče z Dubé", opposite the old Jewish cemetery and the shooting range area. There is also a parish office building from 1882 near the church.

The Evangelical Church in Česká Lípa was built in 1927 for the German Evangelical Church. After 1945, the nearby Czechoslovak religious community of the Church of the Czechoslovak Hussite was used with the adjacent chateau.

Pleasant quiet place. Interesting round ceiling. A special advantage is the possibility to arrange a private contemplation, stay in the church.
