Today I had a problem here for the first time. Sometimes very kind and willing ladies who want to help and advise, but today I came across a very reluctant and arrogant lady who thinks that one is going to this office every day and therefore knows what everything has to be pre-filled and where to go . Finally, the request for parental allowance was confirmed, but I consider this behavior unprofessional. By this time, I have always been very happy.

Long time to process the request, untrained staff, waiting for someone more experienced to come and learn. Non-professional and unsafe employees.
