For the first time, I negotiated with Realitycl in Česká Lípa with Mr. M. Zach, and I hope that this will never be necessary again. The actions of the RK representative are very unprofessional, his actions uneducated and rude. Only thanks to Mr. Zach I decided not to conclude the lease, I believe that if the business was in charge of someone more educated, I would nod to sign the contract, I was very interested in the space, but Mr. Zach discouraged me a lot. The only thing the gentleman is interested in is the commission. Information about the space none, he was in a hurry from the meeting, he wrote to me in an SMS style: DD, stop by my office and bring CZK 10,000 with you, you have the info in the mail.
