I ordered a few things through the e-shop. On January 14, I ordered after several e-mails that they were not able to deliver the jacket I chose, while it was the one they have a poster in the shop window, I chose another jacket. Order in total for about 5000 CZK. 10.2. we received an email that I have the goods to pick up. But one of the pants has not been delivered yet, they will not be available until April. When I was picked up, I felt like I was bothering me. At home, I tried things and found that two things from the order did not mass. the other three were fine. so I went back. it was the next day. But probably some manager intervened in the return with an objection when I picked up the goods, is it within 14 days? and that she didn't like returning the goods in Corona's time. They returned my money for the returned goods and no one will ever see me there again. The government should close this store and open a restaurant, where the staff is at least smiling nicely at you. A very unpleasant experience.

Super approach of saleswomen, unfortunately one small minus is quite a small space.
