Fast processing, pleasant access to the O2 Klatovy store
Incredibly long waiting time, a bunch of customers, one consultant. Get to Pilsen faster. ;)
The lady at the branch in Klatovy tells me that it is not possible to cancel the telephone number with the tariff at the branch.
These are my things. We originally wanted to cancel only one number, but after the experience from the branch in Klatovy and the manipulation by the operator, we will cancel everything. Landline, television, 4 numbers, and internet at home. We move on to Vodafone.
I do not recommend! You go there to buy something and they take advantage of the fact that you are in a hurry and give you among the documents to sign a product that you did not even order and do not agree with. And only then will they turn it around and tell you what you actually signed. And it is said that it is not possible to cancel it. Yes, one should read in advance what one is signing. But you don't expect fraud in the stone shop sellers and you trust them. So don't trust! They are salesmen with skunk practices who are just figuring out how to get more money out of people. The customer's satisfaction is only in the last row. We will continue to address. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
Moved from the center to the Tesco shopping center, you can jump right there from shopping, but therefore more customers, longer queues, you will spend more time here than before. Worse than better. I can also recharge my credit.
