The purchase had to be of some value for the store to send it at all (although I would pay the postage anyway), so I wanted to add a small thing, but almost nothing was in stock. No one answered my phone when I called (during the stated working hours) due to the availability of goods. The order was processed slowly, except for my urgency, they told me that the goods were damaged and so they could only send what I had happened to complete the order. At least there was no problem with the refund.
