I really strongly do not recommend buying in this jewelry store. A friend bought me a ring here as a gift, unfortunately after a month of wearing one of the three stones fell out, the saleswoman had a big problem with the complaint, it was said that it was my fault. However, after about a month, a repair / complaint took place. After another month of wearing, the stone fell out again in the same place. Complaints again and very unpleasant and inappropriate behavior of the saleswoman, when she again confirmed that the stone fell out of my fault. After about another month of wearing the repaired ring, the same scenario. So I went to the store to return this defective ring and the saleswoman showed a really hysterical performance. She arrogantly told me that the fault was on my side, even though the stone had fallen out in the same place for the third time. As a customer, I would still be able to understand that, but the way the saleswoman started at me when I asked for a refund completely froze me. She started yelling at me to pack up and get out of the store. When that didn't work, she began to claim that she would only return the money to my friend, who bought the ring (even though I had a receipt), when she didn't force me to leave even after this embarrassing attempt, she began insulting me and even threatened to call the police that I didn't want to leave the store. and I demand a refund. The saleswoman did not return the money to me even after calling my sister, who is a lawyer. So if you don't want to get into legal disputes for a few thousand crowns and you don't want to ruin your day, be sure not to come here. This was the worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life.
