I would rather not give a single star, I was with Mr. Jelinek that I would need to replace the connector on the phone or at least clean it (it was charged) a week later, when I had to go there in person, Mr. Jelinek told me that he and a friend divali, they cleaned, but I can just throw away the mobile phone that it's useless (fortunately, Mr. Jelinek didn't even take a crown). That day I disassembled the cell phone (I never did it in my life - I tried it according to the instructions via the Internet) and I found out that the cell phone probably didn't even open, the cell was dirty and after cleaning and playing with the connector the cell phone works beautifully. So I thank Mr Jelink for his "great willingness". Next time I'll try some more experienced technician.
