Today's incident. My wife gave a copy to produce 3 keys. When she arrived home found that the key does not fit there. She drove back a few kilometers and wanted her to make a new one, and if nothing else, apologize. She was told in the store that it was an "atypical" key and that you had to point it out! So a customer who goes to a specialized store every 3 years has to point out that it is atypical. Nor apologized and even turned to his wife forgot to give the desired key. When he called and told her that he's gone, and that there has to go tomorrow.
