AVOID THIS SHOP IN THE ARC IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF YOUR OWN PROPERTY !!!!!!! I have never experienced worse service in my life !!! If it were possible to give 0 stars instead of one, it would really capture it. I had an automatic watch repaired (time adjustment - the watch was delayed by a few minutes and the condensation dried). The watch was returned to me still foggy and went ahead !!! I was charged CZK 200. In addition, I was told by the repairman that he had forgotten about the watch and for two days they just lay there for nothing, even though I announced that I was in a hurry! After one day, I found out that the watch was moving forward and still fogged, so the service was not working properly. I was accused of complaining that I had soaked my watch and that the repairman certainly had not forgotten about my watch for two days! Arguing about nothing when there, probably the owner, was not there at the time of handover! But excuses must be found and the seller is always right, never the other way around !!! There was a complaint and after the second adjustment of the watch, the date stopped working and it stops every 24 hours when it is to be rewound to the next date !!!!!! After this complaint, I was told by the repairman that he was on his own, that he hadn't caught the date and day at all, and that I couldn't do it when I put my watch there ?! The watch was fully functional when I put it in for service, I just needed to demist (dry) and adjust the time to go on time! Now my automatic watch doesn't work at all !!!!!

I do not recommend jewelry repair !!!!!! They destroyed my ring and I still had to pay for it! After three days the ring is broken again! Poorly done work.

If you care about your spheres, do not fix them here! Absolutely unprofessional work! These pattalians have destroyed my 20g gold bracelet. And I will not even express their aggressive behavior. Avoid them with an arc! I'm sick of them now

Unprofessional attitude, they do not keep what they promise, they lie and they are excusing themselves. They destroyed my ring. Never more! Watch out. I do not recommend
