Pole&Fly - pole dance Plumlov

Nice environment. Crack exercise and teacher.

In the spring I was working in the house Ve Mlýně, I did not know that a few floors below is such a nice hall, where practicing yoga and poledance. I wanted to try Poledance, so I asked for my next visit in autumn and went to try :-) Thank you for your nice experience and fun lesson.

I was here to concentrate and everything absolutely perfect :-) I appreciate the use of the terrace and garden :-)

I go flying and absolutely great :-) exercise in hammock and in the end great relax! Fly yoga is great :-)

Very pleasant environment and unusual for exercise :-)
