I would like to take this opportunity to thank the funeral service Václavková J. Thank you for the incredibly tactful and sensitive approach to all the bereaved. The floral decoration completely exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to thank Mrs. Václavková, who with her gentle and highly professional approach alleviated our pain from the death of my mother. Thanks again.

I didn't like three things: 1. The ceremony took place in the ceremonial hall of the funeral service. When I arrived at the ceremony as a survivor, the first message I received from the funeral service worker was "come pay the supplement", and a deposit of about 60% has already been paid. This is not exactly a tactful action (I had to switch my mind to a completely different mode, the whole pieta is severely disrupted) and, moreover, I do not normally carry cash in excess of significantly ten thousand CZK. So there was another problem, see. point two. 2. It is a problem to pay by bank transfer. I came to order a funeral and immediately after arranging the funeral, a deposit of at least 50% of the preliminary price was required, in cash or by card. The funeral service expects that people normally carry around CZK 20,000 and their daily payment limits on credit cards are set at CZK 20,000, because you will not find out anything about the amount of the required deposit on the funeral service website. The result was that I was forced to leave for money and return to the funeral service. The bank transfer made by submitting the order within 60 minutes, as I suggested, was not accepted. 3. The lady told me that there can be no price list on the website because she does not run an e-shop. This is allegedly given by law. I'm not a lawyer, I don't know, but I personally don't really believe it. I just know that there are funeral services that do not have an e-shop and they have a price list published. And a final note: it would probably be appropriate for a funeral service worker to have a black dress and not a white one at the time of the ceremony. Personally, I felt quite disturbing. But that may be my personal problem.

Helpful and empathetic action, will do everything for you. For farewell in a narrow family circle, a smaller ceremonial hall available.

Very reluctant behavior of staff in the funeral service, I definitely do not recommend.
