The service was fine but the solution was bad. I wanted to fasten the chain because it couldn't be pulled over my head. The suggestion was to get two eyelets on each side and a snap hook. The snap hook is ok but the eyes are of another metal and after soaking have changed color etc etc - so dissatisfaction ...
