The business is great, but the employees of this branch spoil it. I visited him on 5.12. in the evening hours. The fact that I have to wait for the basket is OK, but I don't quite understand why the lady standing at the door at least does not spray disinfection. Her unpleasant behavior already gripped me at the entrance. The Czechs are very unspoiled during the pandemic, there is not much to do with it, but if the customers have to wear the right handkerchiefs, I expect it from the saleswomen as well. Both ladies behind the cash register had a hand under their nose. I also expect that they could be more vigorous and direct customers a little. When I was paying, the lady who was supposed to wait in line did not wait and climbed on my back at the small cash register. She was a friend with a saleswoman, so when I shouted at her, they both took offense and I could calm down. Today, my 80-year-old grandmother, who goes with a hulk, went to the store. She wanted to make me happy and buy an ottoman that I liked there. I understand that she had to take a basket, but I don't understand that she was forced to take the basket back to the door, but at the same time no one wanted to help her .... Eventually, the man who helped her stepped out of the line, but the ladies of the saleswoman did not show any sign of help. I need so many people and are looking for work and cows like that take their place

My favorite store at great prices ..

Maybe they have cheap goods, but also poor catastrophic rags and others in an impossibly overcrowded new premises of a store in Hranice where the customer has no slow or where to dial. Disastrous, reluctant and insolent saleswomen who know nothing at all and contribute to poor trade ranking.

When you notice a defect in the goods you are selling and return it, the store manager is willing to say, "Never mind, but it will be bought by another who doesn't notice it." I therefore urge a detailed examination of the goods before buying.
