Farní Kostel

The parish church in Skrbno (yes, so this name is inflected) is dedicated to St. Florian. Just a few meters away is a statue of the same saint. It can be seen that in the village they consider "Floriánka". On the same topic I wrote a review in Valasske Mezirici or Konice, so let me repeat the text. Saint Florian is a Catholic martyr and saint, the patron saint of firefighters and professions working with fire. And beware, it also symbolizes the extinguishing of human malice. PLEASE REMEMBER. It is celebrated on May 4, when the name is Květoslav. Květoslav is the Latin equivalent of Florian (also Florian). Often the saint is depicted on the statues as a soldier, along with a bucket of water, and at the other side is a dummy of a burning house. This is interpreted as meaning that the saint intercedes with God for saving values, but people must put their hands on the work.
