Reluctant and unpleasant staff. I was immediately told that I was going to the repair shop with an old laptop, even though the problem was a spilled keyboard, not anything that had to do with the "age" of the device. The diagnosis that was promised to me the next day lasted five days. When I refused the repair that was offered to me, it took another two days to release my device. In addition, the notebook was returned to me disassembled and not in the condition in which I handed it to them. Really great work for less than 700 CZK.
