We dared to visit this store on a holiday - a mistake. The employees here are obviously very fickle, when 90% of Šantovka is closed and one customer arrives per hour, .. I wanted to buy a bag and a spare SLR battery here. A bored and reluctant would-be employee sat behind the counter (we were honored that he greeted us at all on arrival) and when I allowed myself to ask him if they had spare batteries for the camera (I dared not (!!) tell me which camera it was ), so the poor man had to get up from his chair to be able to tell me in a (very) arrogant tone that it was the camera. At that moment, I changed my mind about all the planned purchases and returned the bag. I was here for the first time, but also for the last time. It is a pity that such a nice shop is spoiled by bad employees, ..

The opening hours for issuing orders vary according to the mood. Before you go there, make sure someone is there.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The whole FOTOLAB company is built in such a way that it draws as much money as possible from people, for as little effort as possible, I am surprised that they do not charge for you to enter their store and the salesman will greet you. Not for me again!

I would like to thank you for great advice to take a one-time photo for the wedding (for guests) and for all 4 photos that were sent to the "one". I can't imagine a better spent 800 CZK in my life! When I will show photos to my children in 20 years, I will definitely mention you ... 😉

I was not satisfied with the photos or the price or the seller. He probably won't use it again next time.
