Unfortunately, the reality is different from the promises made when concluding the contract

This insurance company settled the damage to my car from the liability of their client. For the total damage I got a few thousand, for which I do not buy a bike. My complaint was handled completely unfairly. I don't understand how this business can exist. They will never use their services, one experience is enough. I regret their clients.

At the branch, we had a nice employee, showed us everything and explained several times. The only negative was that she was there alone, so with some longer handling other clients have to wait quite a long time.
