Dissatisfied with the saleswoman's actions ... I wanted to change my shoes and they looked at me as serious as they were? You are just adding work, so we have to count max. 7 people in the store ....

Reluctance, unprofessionalism. The shoes of around 2.5 thousand lasted less than 14 months - worn for maybe 4 months. They did not accept the complaint and the manager did not even bother to reply to the e-mail. In any case, I passed on the experience to all my acquaintances and discouraged a few friends from visiting this store.

I don't understand why they don't have normal sizes of shoes for men .... Not a single pair of shoes there is bigger than 45, and I see a lot of big guys here ... I'm sick of it ...

I bought my shoes here in April and they went wrong in June. We were also in the shoe repair, they said it was a visible defect of the material and certainly put it on the complaint, they might have repaired it if it was possible at all but it was visible and ugly. The complaint was repeatedly denied that it was our fault and then mentioned that I should wear a different size of shoes than I have. So now I have a dilemma or greater and I kill myself or get smaller and cause pressure sores and I have to amputate my fingers😀. But in any case, I will never walk in my life even for discounts !!!
