Otherwise, we have to prove from the doctor that we are sick. So the several-star hotel with wellness services suddenly turned into an ordinary hostel with Ukrainians and begging to throw insurance. As a bonus, we were endowed with ridicule from both the hotel staff and the travel agency. They do not respond to complaints within the legal deadline.
