I would like to commend the actions of your employees. And above all, an above-standard, professional approach, through service. Both by phone and in person! 😉 When I called the gentlemen, that unfortunately I have to change the date of the service inspection, it didn't matter and we found an alternative date :) Actually, when I call every time, I get nice, helpful behavior. Gentlemen have always come out to meet me, with everything. As far as service is concerned, I have always dealt with everything with Mr. Dvorský and I must say that I have always been looking forward to it. Because the gentleman always advised me, helped me, arranged and the word does not work, or you have to wait I have never heard. Yesterday I dealt with the service with Mr. Jeřábek for the first time and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised again. Same approach as Mr Dvorský. He advised, helped and explained everything! He had plenty of time for me ... I had a lot of questions for him and he answered each one, looked for a solution, advised and most importantly really explained! So thank you very much to these gentlemen! And I'm already looking forward to the next service 😉 And thank you for the excellent coffee 😉

Professional approach, communication and quality of services. If you need service, it is not a problem to make an appointment over the phone. It must be added that I have not solved any serious problem on the new car yet. Only small mammal attacks on the space under the hood. The Horimex cars always helped me with that and made all the necessary repairs while you wait. When I replace a bitten cooling hose, I guess they didn't even charge for the work, but only the price of the replaced part. So I am extremely satisfied. I will probably go here for regular warranty inspections, at least as long as I live in Olomouc.

Great approach to customers. Very nice and helpful lady at the reception. Large selection of cars 😊 If you don't want to wait on the spot, the option is to call you a taxi and take you wherever you want and come for you again when you have finished checking your car
