I would like to commend the actions of your employees. And above all, an above-standard, professional approach, through service. Both by phone and in person! 😉 When I called the gentlemen, that unfortunately I have to change the date of the service inspection, it didn't matter and we found an alternative date :) Actually, when I call every time, I get nice, helpful behavior. Gentlemen have always come out to meet me, with everything. As far as service is concerned, I have always dealt with everything with Mr. Dvorský and I must say that I have always been looking forward to it. Because the gentleman always advised me, helped me, arranged and the word does not work, or you have to wait I have never heard. Yesterday I dealt with the service with Mr. Jeřábek for the first time and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised again. Same approach as Mr Dvorský. He advised, helped and explained everything! He had plenty of time for me ... I had a lot of questions for him and he answered each one, looked for a solution, advised and most importantly really explained! So thank you very much to these gentlemen! And I'm already looking forward to the next service 😉

We have been servicing Horimex Olomouc for several years and we can sincerely and warmly recommend it to you. In a modern environment sits a well-prepared cuff, for which NOTHING is a problem. Friendly demeanor, professional conduct and speed are not very common nowadays, but here they are and not only that. I always leave satisfied and it doesn't matter if only after changing the tire or repairing after a collision with a roe deer. Many thanks to Mr. Dvorský for his roe deer, with whom it was a pleasure to work. But that only confirmed what I write above. It's a chase to be number one, but Horimex is doing well.
