Today, my husband wanted to buy small fish. He asked the saleswoman and the last neon girls in the store and received an angry answer from the saleswoman that he would not be caught any fish. So I wonder, is this elderly saleswoman a suitable person to serve customers? 🤔

I always used the shop only as a mail order, which was never a problem, but as a pet store I was very disappointed. The saleswoman has no basic knowledge of pet nutrition and describes all products as premium and high quality. Apparently she never read the composition of the offered products, which are located on the back - which I politely pointed out to her (I understand that the composition is unfortunately emphasized only recently, however, this is a very important information). The lady became uncomfortable, she told me that no one had ever complained and let me go, the younger saleswoman just laughed .... I understand that sometimes you don't have a day, but the salesman shouldn't allow this behavior. I will definitely not visit the store again. As a branch of the courier, it may be good, but as a pet store I recommend to Uničov's competition - Svět zvířat U ibise in Solní Street, where both the expertise of the staff and the quality of the offered goods are at the level. Without repeating empty, advertising slogans of secondary feed sellers and staff who throw customers out of the store.
