I do not recommend going here. What I come here outside the office days so I wait at least an hour to handle the matter, which takes me 3 minutes. When I wait in front of the door I hear laughter all the time, discussing holidays, what anyone had had for lunch, then laugh again, and after 60 minutes I go inside. And I remark in front of the queue nobody was just a lady who is to leave the salute "Hey, hello" I recommend going to Ostrava. Although it is further and the journey takes longer but you will still be home sooner.
